International Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences and Technology (IJPAST) is an open-access journal and free for readers. It is an international journal covering all aspects relating to science, engineering and technology. However our emphasis will be in the fields of physical sciences, earth sciences, life sciences, agricultural sciences, medical sciences and other applied sciences and technology including all branches of engineering. All manuscripts will be subject to peer review before publication. Submitted manuscripts must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere or have already been published.

Frequency of Publication: Twelve issues in a year. One Volume comprises of two issues.

The following types of article will be considered:

1. Research Articles: Original research in various fields of science, engineering and technology will be evaluated as research articles.

2. Research Notes: These include articles such as preliminary notes on a study, manuscripts.

3. Reviews: Reviews of recent developments, improvements, discoveries and ideas in various fields of Science and Technology will be considered.

4. Letters to the Editor: These include opinions, comments relating to the publishing policy of the International Review of Science and Technology, news and suggestions. Letters are not to exceed a single page.

The editor reserves the right to decide that a paper may be treated as a Research Note.

Submission of Manuscripts

The authors are cordially invited to submit papers in word and pdf formats along with a cover letter(downlaod here) to the Managing Editor via e-mails:

Manuscripts should be prepared in English using a word processor. MS Word for Windows and .doc files are preferred. Manuscripts may be prepared with other software provided that the full document (with figures, schemes and tables inserted into the text) is exported to a MS Word format for submission. Times or Times New Roman font is preferred. The font size should be 12 pt. The papers must have abstract not exceeding 200 words and Keywords. Although variations in accord with contents of a manuscript are permissible, in general all papers should have the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if applicable) and References. All submissions will be acknowledged within a week of the submission. Authors are requested to suggest at least 3 independant referees (preferably non-native) with appropriate technical expertise although the editor may not necessarily approach them. Their affiliation and e-mail address shoud be provided as fully as possible.

We shall try our best to complete review process within 30 days from the date of submission. Article processing charge is not mandatory for all articles. However, we encourage for minimal charges from contributors research grant/institution to meet partially the processing expenditure. In order to preserve a high quality of this journal, the Editorial Board may wish to set some rules from time to time.
